Process incoming leads from multiple sources (web, phone, email, walk-in, & referrals). Screen leads to establish their qualification for the company's line of services and value.
Record all incoming leads in a CRM system and track communication and progress for each potential client.
Prepare reports for sales activity and present them to management.
Conduct presentations of the company's services to potential clients through phone, email, video calls, and in-person.
Conduct regular and ongoing research for labor and material prices and keep this data on the company's files. Pricing research needs to be conducted through communication with vendors and contractors.
Conduct project estimation, put it into formal proposals, and present it to the potential clients.
Ensure accurate estimation of cost for quoted projects and factual project profitability of 30%.
Meet the quota of 3 signed deals a month. The quota will be reviewed and adjusted quarterly based on the company's financial performance.
Create scripts and templates for emails and other sales interactions.
Create and maintain proposal templates.
Assist Marketing Director as needed.
Assist Project Management Department as needed.
Available to work after hours and weekends when necessary.
Display polite and professional communication etiquette with clientele and other team members.
Complete other duties as assigned.
